Original and Authentic

Q1. Are your artwork original and unique?

Yes, we only sell original artworks, which are signed by the artist. You can learn about the artists in the Artists Page.

Q2. How do I check if an artwork is original?

All the artworks are provided with a Certificate of Authenticity made and signed by the artist. Hence, you can be assured that the painting that you will receive is an original.

Q3. Is original artwork a financial investment?

Vietnam Artist encourages Art lovers to purchase art for their beauty and improving the aesthetic value of their homes and office spaces. However, Art is also a financial investment depending on the demand for the artist and the piece of artwork. Shipment and Packaging

Q4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship globally.

Q5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the artworks and the country of destination. The average price for canvas artwork shipped in tube is US$ 80 to Asia; US$ 140 to USA, Canada, Europe and US$ 150 to the rest.

Q6. How many days will shipping take?

Delivery time is 1-2 days to Asean countries; 2-4 days to other Asian countries and about 5 days to USA, Canada, Europe and the rest.

Q7. Who is your shipping partner?

We work with Fedex Express / DHL for worldwide shipment of artwork.

Q8. What if the artwork is damaged?

In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please call us immediately at +848-38213695 / +84-919025726 / +84-909094710 or e-mail us at: info@vietnamartist.com. We will guide you through your options which will include replacing the damaged work by an equal valued one or a full refund.

Q9. Is your shipping insured?

We work with international Insurance Company (VIA) and transportation insurance is 2% of value of artworks and is charged separately. In case of loss or damage, insurance company will reimburse the full amount to the customer. Contact us if you want to buy transport insurance for your artwork.

Payment and Returns

Q10. What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. If you would rather, we also accept wire transfers.

Q11. Will I be charged tax?

No.

Q12. If I am not happy with the product can I return it?

A 7-day return policy makes your purchase at vietnamartist.com completely risk free. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus cost of one-way shipping). Please let us know, within seven days of your receipt of the artwork if you would like to return the artwork, by calling us at +848-38213695 / +84-919025726 / +84-909094710 or by e-mail at info@vietnamartist.com and we will guide you through the process.

Q13. Who will pay for the shipment?

You will need to pay one way shipping. Returns must be suitably insured.

Q14. Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at info@vietnamartist.com. If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us.
