Most paintings on the website are for sale. We have satisfied clients in
countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, US, Canada, Europe and others. Please
contact us if you need further information regarding the paintings or other issue.
Authentic
We only sell original artworks which are signed by original artist. All the paintings
are provided with Certificate of Authenticity made and signed by the artist.
Shipping
We work with Fedex Express for worldwide shipment of painting. Delivery time is
1-2 days to Asean countries; 2-4 days to other Asian countries and about 5 days
to USA, Canada, Europe and the rest.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost depends on weight and volume of the artworks and country destination.
Average price for canvas painting shipped in tube is US$80 to Asia; US$120 to USA,
Canada, Europe and US$ 150 to the rest.
Insurance
Insurance cost for transportation by Fedex Express is 2% of value of artworks and
is charged separately. Incase of loss or damage, insurance company will reimburse
full amount to the customer.
Refund Policy
A 7-day return policy makes your purchase at vietnamartist.com completely
risk free. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it for a full refund (minus cost of one-way shipping). Returns must
be suitably insured. Please let us know, within seven days of your receipt of the
artwork, if you would like to return the artwork by calling us at 848-8218330 /
8213019 / 84-903914554 or by e-mail at
info@vietnamartist.com and we will guide you through the process.
If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at info@vietnamartist.com. If your order has already been
shipped, you may simply return it to us.
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please call us immediately
848-8218330 / 8213019 / 84-903914554 or e-mail us at info@vietnamartist.com. We will guide you through your
options. These will include replacing the damaged work by an equal valued one or
a full refund.
Prices and Payment
Prices are clearly listed under each painting. If the painting is out of stock you can ask us to commission a similar painting for your collection. All payments are secure. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. If you would rather, we also accept wire transfers.
